Irrigation H2O issuing again in Nob Hill area

CITY OF YAKIMA NEWS RELEASE — Water is again issuing in a waterway owned by New Schanno Canal Company.  The waterway was close down final Friday after City of Yakima crews detected a base round was preventing a upsurge of H2O by a waterway portion a Lenox and 9th Avenue systems.

The problem influenced approximately 1,400 City of Yakima irrigation customers.

The City of Yakima Water/Irrigation Division and New Schanno finished puncture repairs on Wednesday afternoon and business in a influenced area should have full irrigation H2O pressure. 

The Lenox System serves a area from Voelker Avenue to 12th Avenue between Nob Hill Boulevard and Mead Avenue.  The 9th Avenue System serves and area from 7th Avenue to 10th Avenue between Baker Street and Nob Hill.
